摘  要:职业结构错配和劳动力转型升级导致硕士研究生就业压力日趋增大,洞察招聘市场中技能组合范式与岗位需求标准的偏序关系,对于搜集就业情报、确定就业方向、提升就业质量具有积极的现实意义。基于招聘网站上381位在岗图书情报硕士的简历信息,描绘了专业技能、毕业院校以及岗位现状的网络关系(SCJN),以DEA-BOD模型测算了现阶段招聘市场上图书情报硕士就业综合效率,结合哈斯图实现了实践岗位与技能组合的关系表达。研究表明:SCJN存在组合相关、培养关注、显著映射、供需匹配4种映射关系;目前图书情报硕士的高效技能组合模式有35种,就业技能组合和市场岗位供给形成4种偏序关系(即技术导向型、行政管理型、业务拓展型和其他类型);在实际就业指导和知识学习过程中,本研究所提供的匹配结果能为图书情报硕士和培养院校提供决策与参考。The mismatch of occupational structure and the transformation and upgrading of the labor force have led to the increasing employment pressure of postgraduate students.An insight into the partial relationship between skill mix par-adigm and job demand standard in the recruitment market has positive practical significance for collecting employment in-formation,determining employment direction and improving employment quality.Based on the resume information of 381 active library and information science masters on the recruitment website,this paper describes the network relationship between professional skills,graduated universities and job status(SCJN),and by using the DEA-BOD model,estimates the comprehensive employment efficiency of library and information science masters in the current recruitment market,and realizes the expression of the relationship between practical positions and skill combinations by combining Haas dia-gram.The results show that there are four kinds of mapping relationships including combination correlation,cultivation concern,significance mapping and supply-demand matching in SCJN;at present,there are 35 kinds of effective skill combination models for library and information science masters,and there are 4 kinds of partial relationship between em-ployment skill combination and market job supply;and in the process of actual employment guidance and knowledge learning,the matching results provided by the institute can provide decision-making and reference for library and informa-tion science masters and training institutions.
