摘  要:瞬态工况是非道路移动机械整车常用工况,能够更好地反映整车工况。目前我国非四瞬态排放仅有NRTC一种,但西南研究院制定了新的瞬态循环LLAC(Low Load Application Cycle)。本文通过柴油机台架试验分别运行NRTC和LLAC两种循环测试,研究两者的不同,着重对NO_(x)和颗粒物测试结果进行分析。结果表明:NRTC测试结果具有更好的稳定性,LLAC循环由于负荷低、排温低,发动机频繁进出热管理,导致排放不稳定,结合整车路谱,NRTC更具代表性。Transient working condition is the common working condition of non-road mobile machinery,which can better reflect the working condition of the whole vehicle.At present,NRTC is the only non-four-transient emission in China,but Southwest Research Institute has developed a new transient cycle LLAC(Low Load Application Cycle).In this paper,the differences between NRTC cycle and LLAC cycle are studied through the diesel engine bench test,focusing on the analysis of the test results of NO _(x) and PM.The results show that the NRTC test results have better stability,and the LLAC cycle is more representative because of its low load,low exhaust temperature and frequent engine thermal management.
