摘　　要：中华人民共和国第十四届运动会在陕西省举办,面对以全运会带动西部大开发及“一带一路”建设的契机,以“场馆建设+片区开发+产业引入”的模式,由华润置地代建全运会奥体中心及周边工程,坚持“品质给城市更多改变”的品牌理念,以站在行业发展前沿的姿态、视角和专业能力,赋予城市每一寸土地新的价值。通过整合全价值链资源,形成了专业化、强管理、重品质、高标准的项目群设计与管理策略,输出设计管理经验,对标国际先进场馆,持续优化设计,统筹协同内外部资源,协助政府高质高效完成项目实施,使大型场馆精益设计管理有效推进。As Shaanxi won the right to host the 14th National Games,facing the opportunity of the western development and the construction of the the Belt and Road by this game,the mode of"stadiums construction+area development+industry introduction"th was adopted.The 14 National Games Olympic Sports Center and its surrounding projects were constructed by China Resources Land,which has taken to uphold the brand concept of"quality brings more changes to the city",and endows every inch of the city with new value by standing at the forefront of industry development,perspective,and professional ability.By integrating the entire value chain resources,the overall design and management strategy of the project group has been formed like:specialization,strong management,emphasis on quality,and high standards to output design management experience,benchmark against international advanced gymnasiums and stadiums,continuously optimize design,coordinate internal and external resources,assist the government in high-quality and efficient project implementation,and promote the effective promotion of lean design management for large sports centers.
