摘　　要：在《园林绿化工程施工总承包管理》的研究中,采用了系统分析和案例研究的方法,深入探讨了园林绿化工程施工总承包的管理实践和理论基础。首先从项目的准备阶段出发,详细分析了项目规划、资源配置及许可和审批的重要性。随后,聚焦于施工过程管理,探讨了如何通过有效的技术方法、资源管理、质量控制及安全保障来提高施工效率和质量。特别强调了在施工质量管理和安全管理中采取的具体措施和标准,以及如何应对施工中的各种挑战。还包括了对进度管理、沟通协调、环境保护等方面的深入讨论,指出了在这些领域中有效管理的关键要素和策略。最后,在结束阶段提出了关于项目收尾、文件归档、团队解散和项目评估的建议。整体上,此项研究提供了一套全面的框架和方法,用于提升园林绿化工程施工的效率和质量,同时也对促进相关领域的理论和实践发展提供了重要的视角和指导。In the study of"Landscaping Engineering Construction General Contracting Management",the method of system analysis and case study was adopted,and the management practice and theoretical basis of landscaping engineering construction general contracting were discussed in depth.Starting from the project preparation stage,the study analyzes the importance of project planning,resource allocation,and licensing and approval in detail.Then,the thesis focuses on the construction process management,and discusses how to improve the construction efficiency and quality through effective technical methods,resource management,quality control and safety guarantee.Special emphasis is placed on the concrete measures and standards adopted in construction quality management and safety management,as well as how to deal with various challenges in construction.The study also includes in-depth discussions on progress management,communication and coordination,and environmental protection,pointing out the key elements and strategies for effective management in these areas.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions on project closure,documentation,team dissolution and project evaluation in the final stage.Overall,the study provides a comprehensive framework and methodology for improving the efficiency and quality of landscaping engineering construction,while also providing important perspectives and guidance for promoting theoretical and practical development in related fields.
