摘　　要：后全运时代,西安国际港务区城市园林绿地迎来新挑战。基于国际港务区公园绿地建设和管理工作总结,选取奥体中央公园、灞河绿地、五横四纵路网点位、枫林九溪口袋公园等典型节点进行考察调研,总结出国际港务区绿地面临的问题包括服务能力亟待提升、城市海绵建设不足和如何高质量长效运营3个方面。通过网络调查了解当地市民对于公园绿地的功能需求与喜爱偏好,为国际港务区绿地服务能力提升建设指引方向。本着问题导向、目标导向和可实施导向相结合的原则,提出国际港务区城市园林绿地将协同化发展,营造“公园+”“绿道+”优质开放共享复合空间,满足百姓多元需求;体系化建设,融入海绵城市建设,提高城市韧性;低碳化发展、实施节约型园林、促进公园生态价值转换等多途径推动国际港务区城市公园绿地高质量可持续发展。After the 14th National Games,the urban landscaping and green spaces of Xi'an International Trade&Logistics Park have faced new challenges.Based on the summary of the construction and management of parks and green spaces in the park,typical nodes such as the Olympic Central Park,Bahe Green Space,five horizontal and four vertical road net points,and Fenglin Jiuxi Pocket Park were selected for investigation and research.The problems faced by the park green space include three aspects:urgent improvement of service capacity,insufficient urban sponge construction,and challenges in high-quality and long-term operation.Through online surveys,the functional needs and preferences of local citizens for park green spaces are obtained,providing guidance for the improvement of green space service capabilities in the park.Based on the principles of problem orientation,goal orientation,and implementation orientation,it is proposed that the urban landscaping and green spaces in the park could be developed in a coordinated manner,creating high-quality open and shared composite spaces of"parks+"and"greenways+"to meet the diverse needs of the people;emphasize systematic construction,integration into sponge city construction,and improvement of urban resilience;implement low-carbon development,and energy-saving landscaping,and promotion of park ecological value transformation,to promote high-quality and sustainable development of urban park green spaces in the park.
