风景园林引领下的特色小镇规划与设计思考--以安徽宣纸小镇为例

摘　　要：概述了特色小镇的缘起、定义及其规划特征和规划内容,并以安徽宣纸小镇为例,提出了以风景园林师牵头,以风景规划和景观营造为特色的规划模式。在产业策划上,规划注重从单一产品到复合产品、从单一文化到综合文化、从生产基地到生活小镇的延伸和转化;在空间布局上,以山水画名作《溪山行旅图》为线索,以画境转译的方式进行总体规划,依托场地现状的溪、涧、潭、谷布置各大功能区块,并营造相关景观节点,凸显小镇特色。最后,溯源中国传统园林中以山水营城为核心的大尺度风景营造发展脉络,总结文化遗产传承与活化的新模式,提出这是中国传统风景园林智慧的全新体现。This paper summarizes the origin,definition,planning characteristics and planning content of characteristic towns.Taking Xuan Paper Town as an example,the paper puts forward a planning model with landscape architects as the leader and landscape construction as the characteristics.In the industrial planning,the planning focuses on the extension and transformation from single product to compound product,from single culture to comprehensive culture,and from production base to living town;in the spatial layout,with the Chinese famous landscape painting"Stream and Mountain Travel Map"as a clue,the planning arranges major functional areas relying on the current situation of the site,and designs the relevant scenic spots to highlight the town features.Finally,the article summarizes the planning and design of characteristic towns from four aspects:cultural heritage,functional layout,architectural design,and plant design.
