摘 要:为提高围巾产品的开发效率,更快更好地开发出大量满足市场需求的新产品,开发了一款围巾产品快速设计的专业性软件系统,将计算机技术与纺织面料的设计开发结合起来,可以快速进行色卡建立、纱线颜色选择、纱线模拟、织物组织设计、大样开发、包袱样设计及围巾产品的最终效果的呈现。与传统的线下围巾产品开发相比,该系统大大缩减整个设计流程,避免繁杂的纱线选择、试纺、织物上机试织等工作,能够把设计人员的设计意图方便、直观地表现出来,并且代替打小样的功能,利用打印出来的高仿真纸样代替原来的实物样提供给客户或参加产品发布会,极大降低产品的开发成本,从而提高企业的产品研发能力和市场竞争能力。To enhance the efficiency of scarf product development and expedite the creation of a substantial number of products aligned with market demands,a specialized software system for rapid scarf product design was developed.This system seamlessly integrated computer technology with textile fabric design and development.It facilitated color atlas establishment,yarn color selection,yarn simulation,fabric structure design,sample development,fringe design and the final presentation of scarf product outcomes.In contrast to traditional offline scarf product development,it significantly streamlined the entire design process,eliminating the complexities of yarn selection,trial spinning,fabric weaving trials,etc.It enabled designers to express their design intent conveniently and intuitively.Moreover,it replaced the need for physical samples by generating high-fidelity printouts of fabric patterns,which could be provided to clients or showcased during product launches.The approach substantially reduced product development costs,thereby elevating the enterprise′s product research and development capabilities,as well as its market competitiveness.
