选针工艺对带子纱拉伸延展性的影响

摘  要:带子纱是由小针筒机纺制的最常见的花式纱线,属于特种花式纱线种类,除了特殊的外观肌理外,更重要的是其沿着纱线长度方向具有一定的拉伸延展性,可以为织物提供一定的纵向拉伸弹性。为了定性定量分析带子纱的拉伸延展性,重点研究纺纱中的选针工艺,即纺纱针数对带子纱拉伸延展性的影响。用棉纱在内转式小针筒花式纺纱机上分别选取不同针数工艺纺制出具有不同网眼的带子纱,测试分析带子纱的断裂伸长率,探讨不同选针工艺对带子纱拉伸延展性的影响。试验结果表明:纺纱时小针筒针数越多,纺出的带子纱横截面上网眼越多,带子纱的断裂伸长率越大,带子纱长度方向拉伸延展性越好。The ribbon yarn is the most common fancy yarn spun by the small cylinder machine,belonging to the special fancy yarn type.In addition to the special appearance texture,more importantly,it has a certain stretch ductility along the yarn length direction,which could provide a certain longitudinal stretch elasticity for the fabric.In order to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the stretch ductility of the tape yarn,the focus was on the needle selection process in spinning,that was the influence of the number of spinning needles on the stretch ductility of the tape yarn.The ribbon yarn with different mesh was spun by different needle number processes on the inner rotating small cylinder pattern spinning machine,and then the elongation at break of the ribbon yarn was tested and analyzed,while the influence of different needle selection processes on the tensile ductility of the ribbon yarn was discussed.The results showed that the higher the number of small needles,the more cross-sectional mesh,the greater the elongation at break,the better the elongation elongation of the yarn.
