摘  要:试验采用电渣加热、电磁搅拌和中间包冶金等冶炼工艺,并结合国际第三代气雾化制粉技术制备高速钢粉末,主要研究了电渣加热过程中炉渣成分对高速钢粉末中夹杂物的数量、种类和尺寸的影响。试验结果表明,在一定范围内提高炉渣碱度,能够显著提升炉渣的脱硫能力并实现对夹杂物质量的有效控制,最终获得了洁净度较好的粉末材料。In this experiment,electroslag heating,electromagnetic stirring and tint metallurgy were used to prepare high speed steel powder,combined with the international third generation of aerosol powder making technology.The influence of slag composition on the number,type and size of inclusions in high speed steel powder during electroslag heating was mainly studied.The results show that by increasing the basicity of slag in a certain range,the desulfurization ability of slag can be significantly improved and the quality of inclusions can be effectively controlled,and the powder material with better cleanliness can be obtained.
