摘 要:基于前置脱硝的球团烟气污染物超低排放技术开发与应用的关键技术是选取的嵌入式SNCR+SCR脱硝技术,其总体思路是利用球团链篦机-回转窑各部烟气温度区间设置脱硝装置实现先脱硝的目的,在预热II段设置SNCR脱硝作为初级脱硝,在球团链篦机-回转窑工艺风机回路上设置SCR脱硝装置。选择性非催化还原(SNCR)技术,利用高效旋流喷射技术作为技术支撑,把氨水(NH_(3))作为还原剂喷入链篦机高温段温度为950~1050℃的区域,使氨水雾帐95%以上覆盖链篦机高温段出口烟道横截面,使烟气与脱硝剂混合均匀,与NO_(x)发生还原反应生成N_(2)和H_(2)O,实现一级脱硝功能;利用耐热风机回路300~420℃的工艺温度作为催化剂反应的温度窗口实现二级脱硝功能。The key technology for the development and application of ultra-low emission technology of pellet flue gas pollutants based on pre denitrification is the selection of embedded SNCR+SCR denitrification technology.The overall idea is to use denitrification devices in the temperature range of each part of the pellet grate rotary kiln flue gas to achieve pre denitrification.SNCR denitrification is set up as the primary denitrification in the preheating section II,and SCR denitrification devices are set up on the pellet grate rotary kiln process fan circuit.Selective Non Catalytic Reduction(SNCR)technology,using efficient swirl injection technology as technical support,sprays ammonia(NH3)as a reducing agent into the high-temperature section of the grate at a temperature of 950~1050℃,covering more than 95% of the cross-section of the outlet flue of the high-temperature section of the grate with the ammonia mist curtain.This ensures that the flue gas is evenly mixed with the denitration agent,and undergoes a reduction reaction with NO_(x) to generate N_(2) and H_(2)O,achieving a primary denitrification function;Utilizing a process temperature of 300~420℃ in the heat-resistant fan circuit as the temperature window for catalyst reaction to achieve secondary denitrification function.
