摘　　要：以东风本田联合厂房项目的门式刚架为例,对外露式钢柱柱脚的主要做法和技术措施进行了研究,提出了通过增加一套用于对地脚螺栓进行定位的定位机构,解决了现有技术中地脚螺栓定位不准确的问题。进一步介绍了外露式钢柱柱脚的新技术包括柱脚底板、地脚螺栓、抗剪键、定位机构、灌浆料、混凝土基础等,详细说明了新技术的特点、工艺流程、操作要点等,总结了新技术与现有技术相比的有益效果,为大跨度门式刚架的外露式钢柱柱脚施工安装提供了施工经验,可在类似工程中借鉴和推广。Taking the large-span portal rigid frame of Dongfeng Honda joint plant project as an example,the main methods and technical measures of exposed steel column foot are studied,and a set of locating mechanism for anchor bolt is proposed to solve the problem of inaccurate positioning of anchor bolt in available technology.The new technology of exposed steel column foot is further introduced,including column foot base plate,anchor bolt,shear key,positioning mechanism,grouting material,concrete foundation etc.The characteristics,process flow and operation points of the new technology are explained in detail,and the beneficial effect of the new technology compared with the available technology is summarized,which provides construction experience for the construction and installation of exposed steel column foot of the large-span portal rigid frame.It can be used for reference and popularized in similar projects.
