摘  要:以南昌洪都大道快速化改造项目主线桥为背景,研究了预制节段梁拼装梁施工技术,采用两台节段梁拼装架桥机进行多幅梁体同步拼梁施工,解决了大挑臂横梁不平衡受力问题,实现双幅预制节段大箱梁双幅同步拼装施工,提高节段梁拼装安全性,而且提高了节段拼装精度和拼装工效,研究成果可为相关工程提供借鉴。This article takes the main bridge of the Nanchang Hongdu Avenue Rapid Reconstruction Project as the background,and studies the construction technology of prefabricated segmental beam assembly beams.Two segmental beam assembly and bridge erection machines are used for synchronous construction of multiple beam bodies,solving the problem of unbalanced force on the large cantilever beam,achieving the synchronous construction of double prefabricated segmental large box beams,improving the safety of segmental beam assembly,and improving the accuracy and efficiency of segmental assembly,the research results can provide reference for related projects.
