摘  要:针对遇水膨胀型橡胶止水条的实际防水效果,开展一系列室内试验研究,研究发现:PZ-150型遇水膨胀止水条最大自由膨胀率450%左右,且日膨胀速率起初最大,随时间逐渐变缓;圆柱型抗渗试块模型试验表明止水条遇水膨胀止水工作性能良好,且随着体积的不断膨胀,止水条所能阻止水流渗出的水头高度也在增加;台阶型模型注水测试试验表明,止水条在实际环境状态下的工作性能较好,在施工质量可靠的前提下,能够阻止来自围岩方向的水流,确保防水效果。In this paper,a series of indoor experiments were conducted to investigate the actual waterproof performance of water expandable rubber waterstops.The findings were as follows:The maximum free expansion rate of PZ-150 water expandable waterstops was about 450%,and the daily expansion rate was initially the highest,gradually slowing down over time.The model test of a cylindrical impermeable test block shows that the waterstop bar works well when encountering water,and with the continuous expansion of its volume,the height of the water head that the waterstop bar can prevent water from seeping out is also increasing.The bench model water injection test shows that the waterstop performs well under actual environmental conditions and can prevent water flow from the direction of surrounding rock.
