摘　　要：以厦门市同安区某多层粘土砖砌体结构宾馆为例,依据房屋结构现状及结构鉴定评估,通过建模计算分析,并根据其结构特点提出针对性的加固改造设计方案。通过比较,选择钢筋混凝土面层加固方案,提升承重墙体的整体刚度及承载能力,通过对加固后的模型分析,整体结构承载能力和综合抗震性能等均有显著提升,满足结构使用的安全要求。This paper proposed the strengthening and rehabilitating of a multi-story masonry structure hotel in Tong'an District,Xiamen.By modeling analysis based on current situation and structural assessment,a targeted reinforcement and retrofitting design is proposed.After comparing different options,the reinforced concrete surface layer technology is selected to enhance the overall stiffness and load-bearing capacity of the wall.After reinforcement,the load-bearing capacity and seismic performance of the structure have significant improvement and fulfill the safety requirements.
