摘 要:由于城市建设用地的紧张和"停车难"等问题的日益突出,人们大规模开发和利用地下空间,超深超长的地下建筑日益增多,此类地下室结构设计技术难点更多更复杂。以厦门某项目B地块6层地下室为例,该项目地下室结构设计存在抗浮设计水位高、温度应力大、基坑支护需加固等诸多难点。针对以上难点,通过深入分析合理确定抗浮锚杆设计方案、采用特殊的防水设计做法、设置合适的后浇带及计算温度应力等抗裂措施,并结合工程情况采取合理的基坑支护加固方案,希望对类似超深超长的地下工程开发设计提供借鉴。Because of the shortage of urban construction land and the difficulty of parking,people develop and use the underground space on a large scale,this kind of basement structure design technology more difficult and more complex.Taking the 6 stories basement of Block B of a certain project in Xiamen as an example,there are many difficulties in the structural design of the basement,such as high anti floating design water level,high temperature stress,and the need for reinforcement of foundation pit support.In view of the above difficulties,through in-depth analysis and reasonable determination of anti-floating anchor design,the adoption of special waterproofing design practices,the setting of appropriate post-pouring belt and calculation of temperature stress and other anti-cracking measures,combined with the engineering situation,the reasonable foundation pit support reinforcement scheme is adopted,hoping to provide reference for similar ultra-deep and ultra-long underground engineering development and design.
