摘　　要：建筑桩基大多采用预应力管桩和灌注桩,前者出现的质量问题较多,后者造价较高,寻找新的桩基类型成为具有实际意义的一个工程问题。本文对一种较为新型的桩型——螺杆灌注桩的受力原理、设计、施工重点及在某高层项目中应用的情况做了详细介绍,供工程设计人员参考。Most pile foundations in buildings adopt prestressed pipe piles and cast-in-place piles.The former has more quality problems,while the latter has higher costs.Finding new types of pile foundations has become a practical engineering problem.This article provides a detailed introduction to the stress principle,design,construction,and application of a relatively new type of pile,which is screw grouting pile in a high-rise building,for reference by engineering designers.
