摘  要:以CRH1A型动车组在运用过程中报出“门没能闭锁”故障为线索,对影响车门关闭成因进行了深入分析,根据空调隧道模式下风门两种不同工况对车门关闭影响进行了模拟测试,提出优化动车组空调风门控制逻辑改善车内外压差,从而解决因车内外压差过大导致报出车门没能锁闭问题。Simulation tests were carried out on the influence of two different conditions of air conditioning damper on the side door closing of EMU in tunnel mode,and the optimization of control logic of air conditioning damper on EMU was proposed to improve the problem of excessive air pressure difference between inside and outside of the EMU,thus solving the problem of"door failure to lock"in the operation of CRH1A EMU.
