摘　　要：中国共产党在领导安源工人运动期间,通过教材、演讲、歌谣、戏剧等宣传形式将晦涩难懂的马克思主义思想,创造性转化、创新性发展为符合劳工群体认知水平的话语。在毛泽东、李立三、刘少奇等领导人的重视与躬行下,契合广大工人的文化水平以易于革命理念传播,采取灵活宣传策略以减少阻力,在促进本地教育事业的发展、提高团体意识感、增加集体记忆、加速群体身份认同以及开启工人智慧等方面都取得了不少的成就。但是,也存在教员不足、教材短缺、工人疲惫等问题。中共在安源对工人阶级宣传动员的开拓,为马克思主义中国化时代化的开启,积累了宝贵经验。During its leading of the Anyuan Workers’Movement,the Communist Party of China(CPC)creatively transformed and innovatively developed obscure Marxist ideas into a discourse that met the cognitive level of labor groups through propaganda forms such as teaching materials,speeches,songs and plays.With the attention and practice of leaders such as Mao Zedong,Li Lisan,and Liu Shaoqi,the program was adapted to the cultural level of the majority of workers to facilitate the spread of revolutionary ideas,and flexible propaganda strategies were adopted to reduce resistance.Many achievements were made in promoting the development of local education,raising the sense of group consciousness,increasing collective memory,enhancing group identity,and awakening the wisdom of workers.However,there were also problems such as insufficient instructors,shortage of teaching materials,and the fatigue of workers.The CPC’s pioneering propaganda towards working-class in Anyuan accumulated valuable experience for the localization and modernization of Marxism in China.
