摘  要:分配正义是马克思资本主义批判的重要问题指涉。基于历史唯物主义的观点,马克思分配正义思想既批判了传统政治哲学的抛开历史谈正义,又批判了古典政治经济学的脱离生产谈分配。共产主义社会初级阶段的分配方式是按劳分配,但其作为分配正义的实现又存在着明显的历史局限。按需分配是人类社会最高级的分配方式,彰显出对分配正义的历史维度的超越。构建需要本位的社会是实现人自由全面发展的指向。发展以“美好生活需要”为导向的内涵式社会是中国社会主要矛盾转化所提出的新课题。Distributive justice is an important issue in Marx s critique of capitalism.Based on the viewpoint of historical materialism,Marx s thought of distributive justice not only criticized the traditional political philosophy for putting aside history to talk about justice,but also criticized the classical political economy for talking about distribution without production.The distribution mode in the primary stage of communist society is distribution according to work,but it has obvious historical limitations as the realization of distributive justice.Distribution according to need is the most advanced distribution mode in human society,which shows the transcendence of the historical dimension of distributive justice.Building a needs-oriented society is the direction to realize people s free and all-round development.Developing a connotative society guided by“the need for a better life”is a new topic put forward by the transformation of major social contradictions in China.
