摘 要:航空发动机作为航天航空飞行器的高温核心部件,贡献了整个飞行器的红外辐射强度,其中3~5μm的中波段、以及8~14μm的长波段是主要辐射波段,基于其红外辐射强度测定分析的重要意义,同时基于GJB-241中关于红外辐射特性测试鉴定需求,考虑到环境、气象、测试设备等因素的影响,建立了一套能应用于航空发动机台架整机红外辐射特性测试试验方法,并应用于某发动机测试试验,试验结果表明,提出的测试试验方法能够满足该发动机红外辐射测试需求,获取了该发动机不同波段下典型的红外光谱曲线,获取了相关测试经验,为后续研究积累了一定基础。As the key high-temperature component of aerospace vehicles,aero-engine contributes to the infrared radiation intensity of the entire aircraft,of which the mid-wavelength band of 3~5μm and the long-wavelength band of 8~14μm are the main radiation wave bands.Considering the significance of the infrared radiation intensity measurement and analysis,and based on the requirements of GJB-241 for infrared radiation characteristic test and identification,the establishment of a set of infrared radiation characteristics test methods taking into account the environment,meteorology,test equipment and other factors that can be applied to aero-engine racks and an engine test.The test results show that the proposed test method can meet the infrared radiation test requirements of this engine,obtain the typical infrared spectrum curves of the engine at different wavelengths,accumulate the relevant test experience of the model,and lay a certain foundation for the subsequent research.
