灰色关联视角下重庆农业产业结构优化思考

摘　　要：文章采用灰色关联分析法,依据2015—2021年《重庆统计年鉴》,提取了农业、畜牧业、渔业、林业等相关产业数据,对重庆农业产业结构进行了量化分析。结果显示:在推动农业高质量发展的背景下,重庆的农业产业结构亟须优化。重庆的农业生产总值中,渔业、畜牧业、林业以及农林牧渔服务业的占比相对低,而种植业占据最大比重,与农业生产总值的关联度也最高,呈现种植业“一家独大”的局面。因此,文章提出了协调发展农业产业结构、提升农业科技水平、培育壮大农业经营主体、改善与提升农业生产的基础设施与服务水平以及提高农业投资的效益等政策优化建议。Based on Chongqing Statistical Yearbook from 2015 to 2021,this paper uses grey correlation analysis method to extract the data of agriculture,animal husbandry,fishery,forestry and other related industries,and makes a quantitative analysis of the agricultural industrial structure in Chongqing.The results show that the agricultural industrial structure of Chongqing is in urgent need of optimization under the background of promoting the high-quality agricultural development.In the gross agricultural product of Chongqing,the proportion of fishery,animal husbandry,forestry and related service industry is relatively low,while the planting industry occupies the largest proportion,and has the highest correlation with the gross agricultural products,showing the situation that planting industry"dominates"other industries.Therefore,the paper puts forward some suggestions for policy optimization,such as coordinated development of agricultural industrial structure,enhancement of agricultural science and technology,cultivation and expansion of agricultural management subjects,enhancement of agricultural production infrastructure and service level,and improvement of agricultural investment benefits.
