摘 要:以阿维菌素为基础研究开发的甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(简称甲维盐),对鳞翅目害虫幼虫、螨类和其他害虫表现出良好的活性,具有超高效、低毒、低残留和无公害等特点,广泛用于经济作物。甲维盐的大量使用使很多害虫对其产生了抗药性,且已有报道甲维盐对海洋动物有毒性作用。从甲维盐的作用机理和应用现状,亚致死浓度的甲维盐对害虫的生长发育、繁殖及抗药性的影响,害虫抗性机理等方面进行总结,为甲维盐在害虫防治中的合理用药提供理论支持。The emamectin benzoate(abbreviated as EMB),researched and developed with avermectin as the source,shows good toxicity to lepidoptera insect larvae,mites and other pests.It has the characteristics of super efficiency,low toxicity,low residue and no public nuisance,and is widely used in cash crop.The widespread use of emamectin benzoate has led to many pests developing resistance to them,and it has been reported that emamectin benzoate have toxic effects on marine animals.This article summarizes the mechanism and current application status of carbaryl salts,the effects of sublethal concentrations of emamectin benzoate on the growth,development,reproduction,and resistance of pests,as well as the resistance mechanism of pests.It provides theoretical support for the rational use of carbaryl salts in pest control.
