基于要素分类的乡村风貌提升路径研究——以宿迁市刘圩村为例

摘　　要：近年来在乡村振兴战略和城乡一体化发展的背景下,乡村风貌提升成为重要的研究课题,在实践层面,各地政府先后编制了相关导则,丰富了风貌提升的实践探索。目前江苏省全面推进村庄生活品质和环境风貌提升工作,形成了宏观目标要求、中观风貌控制、微观要素管控的尺度内容。本文借鉴上海、浙江等地区乡村风貌要素分类提升的先进经验,结合江苏省宿迁市宿城区耿车镇刘圩村风貌提升工作案例,剖析问题与解决路径,重点围绕风貌要素构成、分类提升机制,探索要素分类提升模式的实用性和可操作性,在具体实施过程中,总结出村庄文化的在地性和村民对建设的主体性是关系到村庄建设和可持续发展的关键因素,因此在相关理论基础上对风貌提升模式进一步探索与创新,以期为高质量推进风貌提升、彰显村庄特色文化提供借鉴。In recent years,under the background of rural revitalization strategy and urban-rural integration development,the improvement of rural style has become an important research topic.At the practical level,local governments have successively compiled relevant guidelines to enrich the practical exploration of style improvement.At present,Jiangsu Province has comprehensively promoted the improvement of life quality and environmental landscape of villages,and has formed a scale content from the macro target requirements,the meso style control,and the micro element control.This paper draws on the advanced experience of the classification and promotion of rural style elements in Shanghai,Zhejiang,and other regions,combined with the practical case of Liuwei Village,Gengche Town,Sucheng District,Suqian City,Jiangsu Province,analyzes the problems and solutions,focuses on the composition of style elements and the classification and promotion mechanism,and explores the practicability and operability of the classification and promotion mode of elements.In the specific implementation process,it is concluded that the locality of village culture and the subjectivity of villagers to construction are the key factors related to village construction and sustainable development.Therefore,based on relevant theories,further exploration and innovation of style promotion mode are carried out,hoping to provide reference for promoting landscape with high quality and highlighting village characteristic culture.
