摘　　要：网络信息时代的图书馆,将不仅是凝固的知识宝库,而是一个智能化的不断发展变化的电子网络资源系统,图书馆正在向新型的、科技化的方向发展,其服务职能和工作内容都发生巨大的变化,由传统的信息服务型逐渐转变为知识服务型管理,同时,也对馆员的职业能力提出更高的要求。文章主要探讨我国图书馆发展现状与问题,信息化时代我国图书馆发展趋势,信息时代对图书馆及馆员的要求,推动图书馆管理与服务方式的变革和发展,加快图书馆信息化的进程。In the era of network information,libraries will no longer be just a frozen knowledge treasure trove,but an intelligent and constantly evolving electronic network resource system.Libraries are moving towards a new and technological direction,with the significant changes in their service functions and work contents,gradually transforming from the traditional information service oriented management to knowledge service oriented management,At the same time,the higher requirements have been put forward for the professional abilities of its librarians.This article discusses mainly the current situation and problems of library development in our country,the trend of library development in the informatization age,the requirements of the information age for libraries and librarians,and the transformation and development of library management and service methods,accelerating the process of library informatization.
