摘　　要：防止数字资本无序扩张对于推动数字经济健康和可持续发展具有重要意义。数字资本大规模、非理性的扩张会引发数字平台垄断、数字资本分布失衡、数字财富差距扩大等风险。数字资本的扩张通常依凭规模逻辑、空间逻辑和权力逻辑展开,因此,防范基于不正当手段的规模扩张、避免空间分布失衡和制约数字权力滥用,是防范数字资本无序扩张进而克服其引发风险的规范原理。以规范和引导数字资本健康发展为目标,通过激励性规制工具和约束性规制工具的协调运用,同时构建回应型规制模式,是实践中防止数字资本无序扩张风险的可行策略。Preventing the disorderly expansion of digital capital is of great significance for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the digital economy.The large-scale and irrational expansion of digital capital will lead to risks such as the monopoly of digital platforms,the imbalance of digital capital distribution and the widening of the digital wealth gap.The expansion of digital capital usually depends on the logic of scale,the logic of spatial and the logic of power.Therefore,preventing the expansion of scale based on improper means,avoiding the imbalance of spatial distribution and restricting the abuse of digital power are regulation principles to prevent the disorderly expansion of digital capital and overcome the risks caused by it.Guided by the goal of normalizing and guiding the healthy development of digital capital,through the coordinated application of incentive regulatory tools and binding regulatory tools,and at the same time,the construction of a responsive regulatory model is a feasible strategy to prevent the risk of disorderly expansion of digital capital in practice.
