不同材质气袋贮存微量气体硫化物的量值稳定性

摘  要:分别选取聚氟乙烯、多层复合物、聚乙烯醇和聚偏氟乙烯4种材质的气袋,用气相色谱法测定14种微量硫化物在4种材质气袋中浓度,并分析硫化物浓度随时间的变化情况,以考察不同材质的气袋贮存硫化物的稳定性。14种硫化物的摩尔分数随着贮存时间的延长均呈现下降趋势。当充入初始摩尔分数均为10.0μmol/mol的14种硫化物气体标准物质且贮存时间为24 h时,14种硫化物在聚氟乙烯气袋中损失率最高为13%,在聚偏氟乙烯气袋中损失率最高为20%,在多层复合物气袋和聚乙烯醇气袋中损失率最高分别达到40%和68%。相比于其它3种气袋,聚氟乙烯材质的气袋对硫化物的吸附性较小,适宜气体硫化物样品的采集和短时间内贮存。Four kinds of sample bags respectively made of polyvinyl fluoride,multilayer composite,polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinylidene fluoride were selected,the concentration change of 14 kinds of trace sulfide stored in which was studied by gas chromatography to investigate the sulfide storage stability of different materials gas sample bags.According to the experimental results,the concentration of 14 sulfides showed a decreasing trend with the extension of storage time.When 14 sulfides with initial concentrations of 10.0μmol/mol were filled into the bag,the maximum loss rate of 14 sulfides was up to 13%in the polyvinyl fluoride bag,20%in the polyvinylidene fluoride bag,40%in the multilayer composite bag and 68%in the polyvinyl alcohol bag after 24 h of gas storage into the gas sample bag.Gas sample bags made of polyvinyl fluoride has less adsorbability to sulfide compared with the other three kinds of bags,which is suitable for sample collection and storing gas sulfide samples in a short time.
