摘 要:随着空调器整机体积或者压缩机仓容积要求不断缩小,对压缩机的尺寸提出了更紧凑的要求,内部空间减小使转子和定子引出线之间存在刮擦的品质风险。通过建立转子端环电阻网络模型,分析得出电流主要集中在端环下层,端环高度的持续增加带来效率提升、收益降低,通过对定子漏磁场感生涡流的分析,得出端环高度增加,有损耗增大、效率降低的风险,并通过三维有限元仿真验证了该分析的正确性。实验验证端环高度下降后,电机和压缩机能效未降低,且转子和定子引出线之间的安全间隙增大,提供了在能效不降低的基础上,改善小型化压缩机品质风险的技术措施。As the overall volume of the air conditioner or the volume requirements of the compressor compartment continue to decrease,more compact requirements have been put forward for the size of the compressor.The reduction in internal space poses a quality risk of scratches between the rotor and stator leads.Establishes a rotor end ring resistance network model and analyzes that the current is mainly concentrated in the lower layer of the end ring.The continuous increase in the height of the end ring brings about effciency improvement and reduced benefits.Through the analysis of eddy currents induced by stator leakage magneticfield,it is concluded that increasing the height of the end ring carries the risk of loss increase and effciency decrease.The correctness of the analysis is verified through three-dimensionalfinite element simulation.The experimental verification shows that after the height of the end ring decreases,the energy effciency of the motor and compressor does not decrease,and the safety gap between the rotor and stator leads increases.This provides technical measures to improve the quality risk of miniaturized compressors without reducing energy effciency.
