摘　　要：提高研究生的实践能力,是新时代的要求,也是当前高等教育改革的重要方向。基于14所农业院校的调研数据,研究影响农业硕士生实践能力提升的主要因素,结果表明研究生的内部动力、导师注重实践指导、教师重视实践育人、专业实践实训、社会实践活动、性别、年级等对实践能力均有极显著影响,其中研究生的内部动力对实践能力的提升影响最大,其次为导师和教师重视实践育人、实践实训。由此提出激发研究生的内部实践动机、创建有利于实践能力提高的教学模式、加强导师队伍建设和多元化开展实践实训活动的建议。Improving the practical ability of graduate students is the requirement of the new era and also an important direction of the current education reform.Based on the survey data of 14 colleges and universities across the country,the main factors affecting the improvement of practical ability of agricultural graduate students are studied.The result shows the internal motivation of postgraduates,tutors’emphasis on practical guidance,teachers’emphasis on practical education,professional practice training,social practice activities,gender and grade have a very significant impact on the practical ability of postgraduates,Among them,the internal motivation of postgraduates has the greatest impact on the improvement of practical ability,followed by tutors focusing on practical guidance,teachers focusing on practical education,and practical training.Therefore,suggestions are put forward to stimulate the internal practice motivation of postgraduates,create a teaching mode that is conducive to the improvement of practical ability,strengthen the construction of the tutor team,play the leading role of tutors,and carry out diversified practical training activities.
