摘  要:红色校史文化,对内具有强大的向心力和凝聚力,对外具有鲜明的号召力和传播力,是大学生思想政治教育的源头活水和校本课程。学校发展历程中的“五老”群体是红色校史的生动体现,是学校精神的鲜活表达。“五老”群体的参与不仅有利于丰富红色校史文化资源的内容,还可以优化红色校史文化资源的育人功能,在红色校史资源的开发和教育工作中具有特殊地位,起着重要作用。“五老”群体要坚持“协作式、嵌入式”的工作原则,采取“看得见、听得懂、传得动”的作用方式,建立“增输入、强输出”的长效机制建设,在实践中凝练育人元素,锤炼“五老”队伍,立足老少共建,开展特色活动,不断推动“五老”群体参与红色校史资源开发的教育工作。The red-themed school historical culture possesses strong centripetal and cohesive forces internally,while externally it exhibits distinct appeal and dissemination power.It serves as the source of vitality and the“school-based curriculum”for ideological and political education among college students.The“Five Categories of Elderly”vividly embody the red-themed school history in the school development course,and serve as a vibrant expression of the school’s spirit.The participation of the“Five Categories of Elderly”not only enriches the content and connotation of red-themed historical culture resources but also enhances the educational function of these resources.They hold a special position and play a significant role in the development of red-themed historical resources and educational work.The work related to the“Five Categories of Elderly”should adhere to the principles of“collaboration and integration”,adopt an approach that is visible,understandable,and effective in conveying their role,and establish a long-term mechanism that emphasizes increasing input and strengthening output.In practice,efforts should be made to explore the educational elements of the“Five Categories of Elderly”,enhance their capabilities,carry out special activities based on the collaboration between the elderly and the young,and continuously improve the role of the“Five Categories of Elderly”in the development of red-themed historical resources and educational work.
