摘  要:直流电流测量装置是直流输电系统中测量电压和电流的重要设备。为有效甄别直流测量装置的阶跃响应特性,提高电流波形控制水平,研究柔性直流输电系统直流电流测量装置阶跃响应试验电源关键技术。本文分析柔性直流输电系统直流测量装置阶跃响应试验电源的关键指标,根据电路结构研究阶跃试验用电流源的技术方案,通过电路结构与多级LC回路基本原理,计算影响电流源的关键参数,设计波形控制技术。仿真结果表明:本文方法上升时间<10μs,脉宽≥5 ms,最大过冲<5%,趋稳时间<100μs,可满足技术指标要求,实现陡前沿、长脉宽、高幅值的电流输出。DC current measuring device is an important device for measuring voltage and current in DC transmission system.In order to effectively distinguish the step response characteristics of DC measuring devices and improve the control level of current waveform,the key technologies of step response test power supply for DC measuring devices in flexible DC transmission system are studied.This paper analyzes the key indicators of the step response test power supply for the DC measuring device of the flexible DC transmission system,studies the technical scheme of the current source for the step test according to the circuit structure,calculates the key parameters affecting the current source through the circuit structure and the basic principle of the multi-stage LC circuit,and designs the waveform control technology.The simulation results show that the rise time of the proposed method is less than 10μs.Pulse width≥5ms,maximum overshoot<5%,stabilizing time<100μs.It can meet the requirements of technical indicators.The current output with steep front,long pulse width and high amplitude is realized.
