痰涂片镜检与痰液罗氏培养检验对结核病菌的检验效果研究

摘　　要：研讨结核病菌行痰涂片镜检和痰液罗氏培养检验的价值。选取2022年8月—2023年7月盘州市人民医院收治的66例罹患结核病的患者为研究对象,通过回顾性分析的形式,对所有患者分别予以痰涂片镜检以及痰液罗氏培养检验,对测定的阳性检出率予以评定。结果显示,痰液罗氏培养检验阳性检出率高于痰涂片镜检阳性检出率,两组比较数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,和痰涂片镜检形式相比,对结核病采用痰液罗氏培养检验的阳性检出率更高,可作为临床辅助检验方法。To discuss the value of sputum smear microscopic examination and sputum Roche culture examination for tuberculosis bacteria.66 patients with tuberculosis admitted to Panzhou People’s Hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as research objects.Through retrospective analysis,all patients were examined by sputum smear microscopy and sputum Roche culture,and the positive detection rate was evaluated.The results showed that the positive detection rate of sputum Roche culture test was higher than that of sputum smear microscopy test,and the difference in data between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study found that the positive detection rate of sputum Roche culture test for tuberculosis is higher than that of sputum smear microscopy,which can be used as a clinical auxiliary test method.
