居家老年慢性病患者生命质量与社区护理需求的关系研究

摘　　要：分析居家老年慢性病患者生命质量与社区护理需求的关系。选取100例居家老年慢性病患者作为研究对象,评价患者的生命质量,分析影响其生命质量的相关因素,并以自制调查问卷调查其社区护理需求,分析生命质量和社区护理需求的相关性。结果显示,患者生命质量的各项维度评分均较低。患者的生命质量在年龄、病程和月收入方面有差异(P<0.05),居家老年慢性病患者生命质量和社区护理需求的相关性分析显示生命质量和其慢性病健康指导需求、慢性病诊治护理需求、慢性病定期检查需求均呈负相关(P<0.05)。研究发现,居家老年慢性病患者生命质量容易受到年龄、病程和月收入方面的影响,社区护理需求越少,其生命质量越低,慢性病健康指导需求、慢性病诊治护理需求、慢性病定期检查需求越多,医护人员需要提高对生命质量低的患者的关注度。This paper analyzes the relationship between the quality of life and community nursing needs of elderly chronic disease patients at home.Selecting 100 elderly chronic disease patients at home as the research subjects,evaluating their quality of life,analyzing the relevant factors affecting their quality of life,and conducting a self-made survey questionnaire to investigate their community nursing needs,analyzing the correlation between quality of life and community nursing needs.The results showed that the scores of various dimensions of the patient’s quality of life were relatively low.There are differences in the quality of life of patients in terms of age,disease duration,and monthly income(P<0.05).The correlation analysis between the quality of life of elderly chronic disease patients at home and their community nursing needs shows that the quality of life is negatively correlated with their chronic disease health guidance needs,chronic disease diagnosis and treatment nursing needs,and chronic disease periodic examination needs(P<0.05).Research has found that the quality of life of elderly chronic disease patients at home is easily affected by age,disease duration,and monthly income.The less community nursing needs,the lower their quality of life.There is also a greater demand for chronic disease health guidance,diagnosis and treatment nursing,and regular examinations.Medical staff needs to increase their attention to patients with low quality of life.
