摘　　要：涂塑复合冷水系统作为相纸纸基生产环节非常重要的设备,冷辊、胶辊等设备本身加工技术难度高、成本高且周期长,一旦由于流道堵塞轻则造成异常停车,重则设备报废,损失较大。本次通过对冷水循环方式进行改造,使用纯水替代了原6℃水,提高了水质,延缓了冷辊、胶辊等设备的锈蚀。某涂塑车间完成改造后经过一年时间运行,整体设备运行稳定,未再出现过冷辊胶辊堵塞情况,保障了车间生产。The cold water system for plastic laminator is very important in the production of photo paper.The production of cold rolls,rubber rolls,and other equipment is difficult,costly,and has a long time.Once the flow channel is blocked,abnormal shutdown may occur,and in severe cases,the equipment will be scrapped,resulting in great loss.This time,by improving the cold water circulation,pure water was used to replace 6℃water.The water quality is improved and the corrosion of cold rolls and rubber rolls is delayed.A plastic laminator workshop has been running for a year after improvement,and the overall equipment has been running stably.There has been no blockage in cold rolls and rubber rolls.
