摘  要:现有温室蔬菜水肥作业信息主要依靠人工填报,并且温室蔬菜一年可种植多茬且种植环节多,填报过程需要大量人力投入,不利于实现蔬菜种植过程对水肥作业信息的监测与自动直报管理。针对这一问题,研究设计了一种蔬菜水肥作业信息自动直报系统并提出了数据自动直报的方法,可对温室蔬菜水肥作业地块、作业时间、作业面积、肥料种类与配比和肥料投入量等信息进行自动直报。进行了流量传感器校准试验、水肥施用量监测精度试验和水肥作业信息直报系统数据直报试验。试验结果表明,水肥施用量监测平均误差为4.15%,灌溉作业数据直报误差为2.94%,水肥作业数据直报误差为4.6%,系统数据直报精度高,可满足实际应用需求。研究结果可为温室蔬菜生产作业信息自动上报和作业数据的信息化管理提供技术支撑。At present,report of water and fertilizer application information of greenhouse vegetables mainly depend on manual operation,while greenhouse vegetable can be planted many times a year and planting procedure has many operations,so the reporting process requires a lot of manpower investment,which is not conducive to the monitoring and automatic direct reporting of water and fertilizer application information in the vegetable planting process.To solve this problem,an automatic direct reporting system of vegetable water and fertilizer application information was designed and a method of automatic direct data reporting was proposed,which could automatically report the information of water and fertilizer application plot,operation time,filed area,fertilizer type and ratio,fertilizer input amount for greenhouse vegetable.The calibration test of flow sensor,monitoring accuracy test of water and fertilizer application amount and data direct reporting test of water and fertilizer application information direct reporting system were carried out.The test results showed that the average monitoring error of water and fertilizer application amount monitoring was 4.15%,and the direct reporting error of irrigation operation data was 2.94%,and the direct reporting error of water and fertilizer operation data was 4.6%.The system data direct reporting accuracy was high and could meet the application requirements.The study result provided technical support for automatic reporting of greenhouse vegetable production operation information and information management of operation data.
