摘　　要：随着农业现代化的推进,农机的使用已经成为推动农业生产发展的重要力量。但是由于农机使用存在管理问题和农机违法行为频发,严重影响了农机的正常运行和农业生产的高效率。因此,加强农机执法队伍建设,提升执法服务能力成为当务之急。通过分析农机执法队伍建设和执法服务能力提升的重要性,提出相应的解决途径和对策,以期为加强农机执法队伍建设、提升执法服务能力提供科学参考和方法指导。With the advancement of agricultural modernization,the application of agricultural machinery has become an important force to promote the development of agricultural production.However,due to problems of agricultural machinery management and frequent illegal behavior by use of agricultural machinery,normal operation of agricultural machinery and high efficiency of agricultural production were seriously affected.Therefore,strengthening the construction of law enforcing team for agricultural machinery and enhancing law enforcing service ability have become a top priority.Through analysis of importance for construction of law enforcing team of agricultural machinery and improvement of law enforcing service capability,relevant solution and countermeasures were proposed with the aim to provide scientific references and method guidance for construction of law enforcing team of agricultural machinery and for improvement of law enforcing service capability.
