摘　　要：结合已完成预制清水混凝土工程,针对清水混凝土的外观质量缺陷产生原因,从预制清水混凝土工程的模板、钢筋、混凝土、养护、成品保护5个方面的影响因素进行研究分析,形成系统的预制构件外观质量控制措施,最后论述在项目实施中所达到的效果,有效避免外观质量缺陷的发生,保证了清水混凝土构件高品质的外观质量。Combined with the completed precast fair-faced concrete project,in view of the causes of appearance quality defects of fair-faced concrete,the influencing factors from five aspects of formwork,reinforcement,concrete,maintenance and finished product protection of precast fair-faced concrete project studied and analyzed,and the systematic appearance quality control measures of precast components are formed.Finally,the effect achieved in the implementation of the project is discussed,which effectively avoids the occurrence of appearance quality defects and ensures the high quality appearance quality of fair-faced concrete components.
