摘　　要："Finance"stands as a pivotal core course within economics and management majors,significantly contributing to the development of applied talents.This article critically examines the existing issues in the teaching of"Finance"and presents strategic countermeasures to further augment the effectiveness and impact of this course.By addressing concerns related to teaching content,teaching methods,and faculty team construction,this study aims to enhance the educational value and outcomes of the"Finance"course in cultivating proficient and industry-ready graduates.
