摘　　要：屋面作为建筑物的重要组成部分,其防水质量会对房屋的使用性能以及外观形态产生直接影响,但是层出不穷的问题也让屋面防水问题难以得到妥善解决。为此,需要加强防水施工技术管控,提高屋面防水的质量。文章通过实证研究的方式,对屋面卷材防水施工技术应用情况进行了详细分析,并提取了其中的重点和难点,优化了屋面防水技术在实践中的应用。As an important component of a building,the waterproofing quality of the roof directly affects the performance and appearance of the building.However,the endless problems also make it difficult to properly solve the waterproofing problem of the roof.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the control of waterproofing construction technology and improve the quality of roof waterproofing.The article provides a detailed analysis of the application of roof roll waterproofing construction technology through empirical research,and extracts the key and difficult points to optimize the practical application of roof waterproofing technology.
