建筑工程屋面防水渗漏的主要原因及防治措施研究

摘　　要：建筑工程施工中,如果出现屋面渗漏问题,就会对建筑结构安全、室内环境安全等方面产生影响。针对屋面渗漏问题,相关负责人要给予更多关注和重视,分析造成屋面渗漏的原因,制定针对性的调整措施,尽量避免屋面渗漏问题发生,满足人们对建筑工程的需求。文章首先阐述了建筑工程屋面渗漏危害,然后分析了造成屋面渗漏的原因,最后围绕合理选用施工材料、加强屋面防水设计、强化防水层施工等,对建筑工程屋面防水渗漏防治措施进行了探讨,以期为相关施工单位提供参考。In the construction of building engineering,if roof leakage occurs,it will have an impact on the safety of building structure and indoor environment.For the problem of roof leakage,the relevant person in charge should pay more attention to it,analyze the causes of roof leakage,and formulate targeted adjustment measures to avoid roof leakage as far as possible and meet people's needs for construction projects.This paper first expounds the harm of roof leakage in construction engineering,then analyzes the causes of roof leakage,and finally discusses the prevention measures of roof waterproof leakage in construction engineering around the rational selection of construction materials,strengthening roof waterproof design,strengthening waterproof layer construction,etc.,in order to provide reference for relevant construction units.
