37种野生杜鹃花种质资源收集保育与适应性评价

摘　　要：以37种野生杜鹃花种子为试验材料,运用层次分析法(AHP),从繁育状况、生长性状、抗逆性等几个方面对供试材料进行适应性评价。结果表明,收集保育的37种野生杜鹃花中有25种在贵阳地区的适应性较好,建立的杜鹃花引种保育适应性评价模型能更全面、客观地对收集保育的野生杜鹃花种质资源作出适应性评价。In this study,37 wild Rhododendron seeds collected in recent years were used as experimental materials to evaluate their adaptability from the aspects of breeding status,growth traits,stress resistance and so on by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The results showed that 25 of the 37 wild Rhododendron species collected and conservated had good adaptability in Guiyang area.The established model can evaluate the adaptability of wild Rhododendron germplasm resources collected and conservated more comprehensively and objectively.
