西藏黄籽油菜品质与产量性状的相关分析

摘  要:本研究以17个西藏黄籽油菜品种为材料,对其品质与产量性状进行比较和相关性分析。结果表明,黄籽油菜平均含油量为47.66%,其中,有4个品种可作为选育高含油量油菜品种的材料;芥酸和硫苷含量较高;单株产量平均为24.15 g,编号16的品种具有高产的潜力。相关性分析显示,蛋白质主要受硫苷、含油量的影响,其次是油酸和棕榈酸;含油量与硫苷、油酸、蛋白质、亚麻酸、亚油酸和芥酸均存在显著相关性;影响单株产量的主要性状指标是角果长度、全株有效角果数、千粒重和芥酸含量,影响全株有效角果数的主要性状指标是有效分枝高度和角果长度。The quality and yield characters of 17 different accessions yellow-seed rape from Xizang were compared and the correlation analysis was made.The results showed that the average oil content of yellow-seed rape was 47.66%,among which 4 varieties could be further used as experimental materials,which could be the foundation for breeding high oil content rapeseed.Erucic acid and glucosinolates content were higher;The average yield per plant was 24.15 g,and the No.16 variety had high yield potential.Correlation analysis showed that the protein was mainly affected by glucosinolates and oil content,followed by oleic acid and palmitic acid.The oil content was significantly correlated with glucosinolates,oleic acid,protein,linolenic acid,linoleic acid and erucic acid.The main traits that affected the yield per plant were the silique length,the number of silique per plant,the 1000-seed weight and erucic acid content.The main traits that affected the number of silique per plant were the height of effective branch and the silique length.
