摘 要:齿轮失效的主要原因在于齿轮齿的应力及其表面强度。因此,在研究领域中,最小化齿轮受到的应力以及优化齿轮设计一直是备受关注的课题。本研究采用Solidworks软件对特定参数的齿轮系进行设计,并结合结构钢材料,对斜齿轮装配体进行了详尽的模态分析。通过ANSYS软件计算分析了齿轮的前20阶固有频率,并得到了各阶频率下的振型图。结果显示,齿轮装配体的第一阶模态频率为216.47Hz,且后续阶次结果相对较大,因此分析振型图时仅需考虑前6~8阶。这些结果可作为设计齿轮轴、齿轮箱及齿轮机座的参考,有助于避免共振现象,降低齿轮噪声与振动。The main reason for gear failure is the stress and surface strength of gear teeth.Therefore,in the field of research,minimizing the stress on gears and optimizing gear design have always been the topics of concerns.In this study,Solidworks software was used to design the gear system with specific parameters,and combined with structural steel materials,a detailed modal analysis of the helical gear assembly was carried out.The first 20 natural frequencies of the gear are calculated and analyzed by ANSYS software,and the vibration mode diagram of each order of frequency is obtained.The results show that the first-order modal frequency of the gear assembly is 216.47Hz,and the subsequent order results are relatively large.Therefore,only the first 6 to 8 orders need to be considered when analyzing the vibration modem diagram.These results can be used as a reference for the design of gear shaft,gearbox and gear frame.It helps to avoid resonance and reduce gear noise and vibration.
