深圳市超高层办公建筑的气候适应性设计研究

摘　　要：当前,许多超高层办公建筑在设计中盲目追求新技术、新手法的运用,不仅造成资源浪费,还在一定程度上增加了建筑能耗,破坏了城市生态环境。本文以深圳市超高层办公建筑的气候适应性设计为切入点,从建筑布局、体形设计、建筑结构、空间组织、绿色设计等方面展开相关分析,探讨基于深圳市气候的超高层办公建筑气候适应设计的方法策略,以期为超高层建筑的绿色可持续发展提供参考。At present,many super high-rise office buildings blindly pursue new technology,new design methods and so on,which causes the waste of resources,increases the building energy consumption and breaks the urban ecological environment.In this paper,the climate adaptive design of Shenzhen super high-rise office building is taken as the entry point,and relevant analysis is carried out from the aspects of building layout,figure design,building structure,spatial organization and green design.This paper explores the methods and strategies of climate adaptive design of super high-rise office building based on the climate of Shenzhen,in order to provide references for the green and sustainable development of super high-rise buildings.
