摘  要:通过超声滚压对压气机叶片进行强化可以延长叶片的工作寿命,但由于叶片根部结构受限,常规的超声滚压设备难以对根部受限空间进行加工。为使得超声滚压设备能够更好地适应此类空间,在改进了超声滚压刀头结构后,将刀头尺寸的影响加入到变幅杆尺寸的优化设计考虑因素中,借助Abaqus与Matlab软件的联合仿真,获得了在安装刀头时具有稳定纵振频率与放大系数的变幅杆尺寸,并完善了超声滚压设备的整体设计。通过加工平板试样件分析了该设备在不同加工参数下对表面完整性的影响,基于此筛选出最优加工参数并在弯曲疲劳振动试样件上进行疲劳性能实验,加工后的试样件疲劳寿命有所提升。在叶片类结构件根部受限空间进行了加工实验,加工后试样件的表面完整性有明显提升。对受限空间的成功强化证明了该轮式刀头超声滚压设备可以应用于如压气机叶片根部等具有狭窄受限空间的零件,并有望进一步提升一些具有复杂特征结构零/部件的表面完整性与疲劳寿命。The ultrasonic rolling process can strengthen the compressor blades and extend their working life,but due to the limited structure of the blade root,conventional ultrasonic rolling equipments are difficult to process the restricted space at the root.In order to make the ultrasonic rolling equipment better adapt to such spaces,after improving the structure of the ultrasonic rolling tool head,the influence of tool head size was concerned in the optimization design of the horn size.With the joint simulation of Abaqus and Matlab software,the horn size with stable longitudinal vibration frequency and amplification factor was obtained when installing the tool head,and the overall design of the ultrasonic rolling equipment was improved.By processing flat test specimens,the influence of the equipment on surface integrity under different processing parameters was analyzed.Based on this,the optimal processing parameters were selected and fatigue performance experiments were conducted on bending fatigue vibration test specimens.The fatigue life of the processed test specimens was improved.The processing experiment was conducted in the confined space at the root of the blade-type structural component,and the surface integrity of the processed sample piece was significantly improved.The successful strengthening of confined spaces proves that the ultrasonic rolling equipment with wheeled cutting heads can be applied to parts with narrow confined spaces such as the root of compressor blades,and is expected to further improve the surface integrity and fatigue life of some components with complex features and structures.
