摘 要:针对柔性作业车间动态节能分批调度问题,建立了以优化车间生产成本、机床能耗成本和动静态调度方案差异成本为目标的数学模型,接着针对实际生产过程中的动态扰动设计了动态调度方案,针对动态扰动导致工件工艺路线变化的问题设计了重组批技术,针对动态调度方案的求解则设计了改进灰狼算法,采用层级位置更新方法进行狼群的位置更新,提高算法的搜索效率,最后通过标准算例库验证了算法求解柔性作业车间动态节能分批调度问题的有效性与优越性。Aiming at the dynamic energy-saving batch scheduling of flexible job shop problem,a mathematical model aiming at optimizing the production cost of the workshop,the energy consumption cost of the machine tool and the difference cost of the dynamic and static scheduling scheme is established.Then,a dynamic scheduling scheme is designed for the dynamic disturbance in the production practice,and the reorganizing batch technology is designed for the problem of the dynamic disturbance leading to the change of the process route of the workpiece,and an improved grey wolf optimization algorithm is designed for the solution of the dynamic scheduling scheme.The hierarchical location update method is used to update the location of the wolves to improve the search efficiency of the algorithm.Finally,the effectiveness and superiority of the algorithm to solve the dynamic energy-saving batch scheduling problem of flexible job shop are verified by a standard example.
