摘 要:以转炉循环水系统为研究对象,将高压富裕能头用于启动或加速自然循环,实现系统的优化用能,达到系统节能兼顾尾部烟道长寿的双赢效果。研究分析前部烟道的结构缺陷,开发防大喷溅挂渣技术、随动密封装置等,使前部烟道寿命提高2 a以上,氮气消耗量降低约90%。开发应用了一系列高效节能核心动力设备,解决了汽化冷却系统蒸汽产量低、品质差的共性技术难题,使得吨钢产汽提高至100~130 kg,排污系统热损失减少50%,除氧器排汽热损失减少50%。Taking the circulating water system of converter as the research object,the high pressure rich energy is used to start or accelerate the natural circulation to realize the optimization of the energy used in the system,to achieve the win-win effect of both energy saving of the system and longevity of the tail flue.Research and analyze the structural defects of the front flue,develop the anti-splashing and slagging technology,and the follow-up sealing device,etc.,so as to increase the service life of the front flue by more than 2 years,and reduce the nitrogen consumption by about 90%.A series of high efficiency and energy saving core power equipment is developped and applicated.These equipments solved the evaporative cooling system common technical problems of the poor steam quality and low steam production.The technology increases the steam production per ton of steel to 100~130 kg,sewer system heat loss by 50%,and deaerator exhaust steam heat loss by 50%.
