摘　　要：渔村产业融合是农村产业融合发展的重要组成部分,对渔村现代化和渔业强国建设具有重要意义。本文选取与中国渔村产业融合发展相似且取得良好成效的韩国作为分析对象,主要采用文献分析法,分析了韩国渔村六次产业化产生的背景、法律演进、政策措施及主要成效。在评估分析中国渔村产业融合化形势及障碍基础上,总结可借鉴的经验启示,主要包括制定系统性的科学扶持政策、强化渔村特色支持中心的作用、建立分阶段监督管理体系等,并提出打造渔村产业融合基础、构建渔村共同体主导的协作体系、研究和开发渔村特色资源、建立地区商业网络系统的政策建议。The industrial integration of fishing villages is an important part of the rural industrial integration development,which is of great significance to the modernization of fishing villages and the construction of a strong fishery country.The study selects South Korea,which is similar to the development of China's fishing village industry integration and has achieved good results,as the analysis object,mainly used the literature analysis method to analyze the background,legal evolution,policy measures and main achievements of South Korea's six industrialization in fishing village.Based on the evaluation and analysis of the current situation and obstacles of the industrial integration in China,this paper summarized the experience and enlightenment,which mainly includes the establishment of systematic scientific support policies,the consolidation of the role of the fishing village characteristics support center,and the establishment of a phased supervision and management system and so on.The paper also put forward the policy suggestions for building the industrial integration foundation of fishing village,building the cooperation system led by fishing village community,researching and developing the fishing village characteristic resources,and establishing the regional commercial network system.
