摘　　要：金属矿采选过程中,废水排放是一个重要的环境问题。本文以矿业公司为例,从六个方面分析了金属矿采选流程中排放废水的原因,包括矿山设计、采选工艺、设备维护、管理体制、监管政策和社会责任。在分析的基础上,本文提出了改进管理、提高技术、落实责任等对策,以减少金属矿采选废水排放,保护环境。Wastewater discharge is an important environmental issue during the mining and beneficiation process of metal mines.This article takes mining companies as an example to analyze the reasons for wastewater discharge in the mining and beneficiation process of metal mines from six aspects,including mine design,mining and beneficiation process,equipment maintenance,management system,regulatory policies,and social responsibility.Based on the analysis,this article proposes measures such as improving management,improving technology,and implementing responsibilities to reduce the discharge of metal mining wastewater and protect the environment.
