摘  要:通过激光增材制造工艺制备了TA1纯钛试样,利用X射线应力测定仪、万能材料试验机等分析手段,试验对比分析了不同温度和时间的去应力退火工艺对试样残余应力、力学性能、断口形貌、显微组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,经去应力退火后,残余应力值大幅度下降,拉伸强度及屈服强度降低,断后伸长率提高;显微组织和硬度值变化不大。最后得出,退火温度595℃,保温时间25min,炉冷至50℃空冷的真空去应力退火制度,既能大幅度消除内应力,又能使试件拥有较为优异的抗拉强度、塑性和硬度。The TA1 pure titanium specimens were prepared by the laser additive manufacturing process.Effect of the stress relieving annealing at different temperature and time on residual stress,mechanical properties,microstructure and hardness of the specimens was been compared and analyzed by means of x-ray stress instrument,universal material experiment machine,etc.The results show that,the residual stress,tensile strength and yield strength decrease significantly after stress relieving annealing,while the specimens exhibited higher elongation.In addition,there are no obvious changes in the microstructure and hardness.Finally,the vacuum stress-relieving annealing schedule is obtained to be annealing temperature at 595℃for 25min,followed by furnace cooling to 50℃,and then air cooling,which not only eliminate the internal stress greatly,but also make the specimen have excellent tensile strength,plasticity and hardness.
