摘 要:废水处理是生态环境保护的重要手段,在工业产业快速发展过程中,为应对工业废水产生量不断增大、水质处理要求逐步提升的情况,在废水处理过程中需要实现监测参数的自动化采集,而自动化在线检测仪表拥有高精度传感器,能够实现对各项参数的快捷化及准确性获取,因而在废水处理中得到了广泛应用。为了保障废水处理中自动化在线检测技术作用的有效发挥,本文分析了自动化在线检测仪表的结构特点及应用优势,从热工量、成分量两个方面分析了废水处理中自动化在线检测仪表的应用情况,然后从安全、维护、校正、供电四个维度梳理了自动化在线检测仪表在废水处理中应用的注意事项。旨在为污水处理厂自动化在线检测仪表的科学选用提供参考。Wastewater treatment is an important means of ecological environment protection.In the process of rapid development of the industrial industry,in order to meet the increasing production of industrial wastewater and the gradual improvement of water quality treatment requirements,it is necessary to achieve automated collection of monitoring parameters in the wastewater treatment process.And automated online detection instruments have high-precision sensors that can achieve rapid and accurate acquisition of various parameters,thus being widely used in wastewater treatment.In order to ensure the effective application of automated online detection technology in wastewater treatment,the article analyzes the structural characteristics and application advantages of automated online detection instruments.The application status of automated online detection instruments in wastewater treatment is analyzed from two aspects:thermal quantity and component quantity,then,the precautions for the application of automated online detection instruments in wastewater treatment are summarized from four dimensions:safety,maintenance,calibration,and power supply.Intended to provide reference for the scientific selection of automated online detection instruments in sewage treatment plants.
